Conner Applegate
Conner is a licensed real estate broker and seasoned investor with over a decade in the California market. He's personally completed 10+ deals across residential fix-and-flip, foreclosures, and commercial properties, developing a sharp eye for distressed and undervalued assets in high-growth corridors.
His deep knowledge of the foreclosure process gives WD Capital a competitive edge in sourcing below-market acquisitions that most investors overlook. From courthouse steps to bank-owned properties, Conner knows how to navigate the complexity and move fast when opportunity strikes.
His hands-on approach means he's on-site managing renovations, negotiating with contractors, and overseeing every phase from acquisition through disposition. His broker license gives WD Capital direct access to off-market deal flow and a deep network of agents, sellers, and operators across Southern California.

Jordan Millhausen
Jordan is an AI Solutions Engineer who has advised the world's largest organizations on enterprise data and AI strategy. He brings the same analytical rigor to real estate, building underwriting models, stress-testing projections, and finding edge in markets where others rely on intuition.
A serial entrepreneur, Jordan understands how to build systems that scale. At WD Capital he focuses on deal analysis, investor relations, and the operational infrastructure that lets the firm move fast on opportunities.
